Refunds and Returns
What if my order arrives and something is broken?
We will replace any product that arrives broken. Please email a photo of the broken item to orders@ancientlakes.com.au within 7 days of receipt and we will post you a replacement.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Please email and questions or concerns to orders@ancientlakes.com.au and we will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that we are a small, family-run business with no staff but ourselves, so while we will do our very best to get back to you as soon as we can, it may occasionally take a little bit longer to respond.
What about returns?
As a very small, family-run business we are currently unable to process returns. If a product arrives and is broken or faulty, please email a photograph to orders@ancientlakes.com.au and we will replace the faulty item free of charge.
