I was kindly gifted a bag of Ancient Lakes Keto Salt. I tried to drink it with straight water but it was a little too salty for me. Unfortunately I am medically not able to take carbonated drinks, which is a shame as I belive it would have been lovely with a soda or tonic and some lime/orange, but I am also not able to take citrus currently! :😞 Customer service was very good with Scot, and he suggested I can try it in with food, which I did, and it is perfect as a salt replacement in meals! My husband can sweat quite a bit, so this assists him with electrolyte balancing as well. Thank you Scot! 😀
